Two full features are free with no limits: the QR Seating Chart (build tables, assign guests, share a QR code so guests look up their seat by name) and Guest Photo Sharing (the same QR code lets guests upload photos directly to your event gallery). Both support unlimited guests and work on any device with no app needed.
Guests scan the same QR code used for seat lookup. From there they can choose to find their seat or tap "Share a Photo." They tap, select photos from their phone camera roll, and the photos upload instantly to your private event gallery — no app to install, no account to create. Photos are auto-optimised and EXIF-stripped in the background for privacy.

Yes — the QR code link is permanent but the data it shows is always live. Any changes you make in the dashboard are reflected instantly. Swap tables, add last-minute guests, or remove no-shows right up to the moment guests walk in.
Your dashboard is private to your account. The public QR code only shows an individual guest their own table — it does not expose the full guest list. Your photo gallery is also private to your account; guests can upload but cannot browse other guests' photos.
Save your Excel file as CSV with three columns: FirstName, LastName, TableName. Upload it in your event dashboard and up to 2,000 guests are imported in the background — you can leave the page and they'll all be there when you come back. A sample template is shown inside the app.
